  I am not sure how to write this review, but I will try my best. I am the owner of Dance Tech Studios, and have used Suburban Glass many times throughout the twenty years I have been in business. I have given them well over $25,000 over these years, and have always been pleased with their work. The truly do a great job! However, I recently used them for a recent move into my new location, and although I am still pleased with their work, I was quite disappointed in their morals and ethics. They installed and charged me for new J channel and two mirrors that I didn't need, without asking me, and they slightly damaged my brand new dance floor. They first came in and saw the damage and explained how it happened, but then a half hour later, I received an email saying that they didn't do it. When I asked for compensation, they said no, that they didn't do it. It makes me very sad to see this happen, and although they do great work, due to their morals and ethics, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and will no longer recommend them to my friends and family. :(
